Pillars - Walthamstow - ‘Haus’ Lager - 3.5% (GF)

Haus is your go-to lager. Not only is it a sessionable, healthier option but it’s also gluten-free and vegan-friendly. This light lager is brewed with Pillars own Haus yeast, European Hops and a blend of rich malts. The result is a bread crust base balanced with citrus and herb notes. Delicious, refreshing and moreish.

Jiddler’s Tipple - Wood Green - ‘Swifty’ Hazy Session IPA - 3.4% (GF)

Light & refreshing, yet flavourful, this session Pacific IPA has a zingy mix of New Zealand and American hops. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Sabro bring an inviting combination of lemon, lime, grape, gooseberry & tropical fruit. A restrained bitterness completes this uber gluggable delight. Lower in ABV, but high in satisfaction - cheers!

Lost & Grounded - Bristol - ‘Helles’ Unfiltered Lager Beer - 4.4%

Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils but gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang. Soft, Bready, Floral.
All of our beers are unfiltered and vegan friendly.

Real Al - Walthamstow - ‘Crafty Apple’ Medium/Sweet Cider - 4.5%

Real Al’s very own session cider! It’s juicy and lightly sweet with a touch of tannins - serving apple, caramel and butterscotch pintability. Made using a blend of three classic Herefordshire apples – dabinett, yarlington mill and stoke red - grown in the best cider fruit terroir in the world. Produced with a very non-interventionist approach where the apple is at the centre of production and flavour.

Anspach & Hobday - Bermondsey - ‘Home Run!’ American Cream Lager - 4.5%

Originally brewed in 2014, The Cream Ale was a unique, Sorachi Ace single hop Ale/Lager hybrid that quickly became a firm favourite. Light, clean and crisp on the palate with more notes of lemon, lychee and blueberries. Low bitterness with a clean finish and a touch of corn. 

Black Lines - Tottenham - ‘Paloma’ Cocktail - 9%

Paloma 2.0 - A revamp of the Paloma we already loved from Black-Lines.

Los Arcos, now with a splash of mezcal, fresh lime, grapefruit soda and a touch of Halen Môn salt. Think bright, zesty and fragrant, with that tell-tale bittersweet grapefruit edge. It’s all about balance: a bold citrus serve with just a whisper of smoke on the finish. Bangaranga!

‘Solara Natural Red’ - Viile Timisului, Romania - 14.5%

Style: Red

Winery: Solara

Grape: Pinot Noir, Merlot

This natural wine is chock-a-block with bramble fruit notes - raspberry and blackberry dominating the aroma, smooth and juicy with complex notes of blueberry and moderate acidity and smooth tannins on the finish. Full-bodied and easy drinking, just the way we like it.

‘Gran Cerdo Blanco’ - Rioja, Spain - 12.5%

Style: White

Winery: Gonzalo Grijalba

Grape: Viura (with some Grüner Veltliner, Riesling)

A silky white blend from Rioja. The majority is Viura, with around ten other varieties making up the remaining 20% (think Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, etc.). The result is a versatile white with lots of soft orchard fruit on the palate, like white apples and pears, with lovely texture and a dry, refreshing finish.

‘Solara Natural Orange’ - Viile Timisului, Romania - 12.5%

Style: Orange

Winery: Solara

Grape: Riesling, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc

Dark straw colour with orange hints, the nose is a delicate mélange of quince, poire william and a hint of vanilla. A complex and structured wine, with elegant but discreet fruit flavours of stone fruits, backed up with a powerful tannin structure and long finish. A natural minimal intervention wine which is well balanced and structured yet pure and incredibly fresh. Drinks beautifully.

‘Solara Rosé’ - Viile Timisului, Romania - 11.5%

Style: Rosé

Winery: Solara

Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot

Very pale pink with purple touches, vibrant notes of strawberry and cranberry on the nose, fresh fruit packed with hints of cherry. Crunchy acidity, refreshing and crisp. Pray for sun, then pour over ice. Nice.

Sparkling

‘Comboi’ Tardana Blanco - Manchuela, Spain - 12%

Style: Sparkling White

Winery: Bodegas Gratias

Grape: Tardana

"Comboi", is a local Valencian expression used when a group of people come together to have a good time, full of enthusiasm and joy - a bit like this wine! This is a ‘Pet-Nat’ lightly sparkling wine created "metodo ancestral" from 100% Tardana grapes. Beautiful and refreshing, with delicate bubbles and fresh fruity aromas.

‘Jung and Sexy’ - 2023 - Burgenland, Austria - 11.4%

Style: Sparkling Red Pet-Nat

Winery: Biodyn Haider

Grape:  Blauburger / Roesler

A real red Pet-Nat wine with aromas of ripe strawberry, sour cranberries with a hint of vanilla pod. Fruity, friendly and has slight perceived sweetness (although it’s dry). A truly unique Bobby-Dazzler!

The finest wheat, grown on our quintessential estate here in the ancient Wiltshire landscape. That’s at the heart of the unique flavour profile of our single estate vodka. Every bottle’s heritage is traceable back to its single field of origin. It’s crafted vodka with an English accent.

Barti Spiced Rum - Pembrokeshire, Wales - 35%

Style: Spiced Rum

It took a year to perfect the balance between vibrant vanilla, clove, cinnamon and sweet citrus. Then came the infusion of wild hand-picked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast, introducing umami undertones which soften and enhance the taste. All of the elements are married together within the finest, most expertly made Caribbean rum - to create an undeniably smooth yet perfectly punchy drink suitable for sipping or mixing.

Vivir Tequila- UK / Mexico - 40%

Style: Blanco

UK-based VIVIR produce a range of multi-award-winning tequilas at a fifth generation family owned distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.

No longer will Tequila be seen as a drink that must be washed down with salt and lemon. VIVIR is smooth in texture and complex in nature - perfect for sipping, having in cocktails or adding to your favourite mixer. (oh, go on then… you can still have the salt and lemon if you really must…!)

Monkey Shoulder - Blended Malt Scotch - 43%

Style: Blended

Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and blended in small batches for up to 6 months, then married to achieve a smoother, richer taste before bottling. Notes of smooth vanilla, rich spices and fruity marmalade. A real crowd-pleaser.

Whisky

Arran - Isle of Arran, Scotland - 10 Year-Old Single Malt Scotch - 46%

Style: Single Malt

Our classic Arran 10 Year Old Single Malt encompasses the unique taste of the beautiful island we call home and is one of the best single malt whiskies Scotland has to offer.

Lagavulin 16-Year-Old - Islay - Single Malt Scotch - 43%

Style: Single Malt

Lagavulin's flagship expression, this is from one of Scotland's 'essential' distilleries, on a cramped, chaotic and wildly romantic Islay. Demand heavily exceeds supply, as it is highly regarded as being one of the best whiskies in the world. The intense character comes from their own richly peaty water supply; the heavily peated barley; the unusually long fermentation - up to 75 hours; and the slowest distillation of any Islay malt.

A classic Lagavulin with elements of smoke, peat and spice.

Nikka from the Barrel - Blended Japanese - 51.4%

Style: Blended Malt and Grain

The complex formula is created by blending more than 100 different batches of malt and grain whiskies. After blending, the whisky is filled into used barrels and matured for another few months. This "marriage" process harmonizes all components in the formula, resulting in a mellow taste.

Cotswolds Founder’s Choice - English Whisky - 59.1% (cask strength)

Style: Single Malt

Aged exclusively in our founder Dan's favourite casks: STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. These highly active casks were created by our mentor and renowned whisky consultant, the late Dr. Jim Swan, and give a rich and intense maturation to our fruity new make spirit, offering strong notes of toffee, chocolate and red fruits, as well as a beautiful, deep colour.

Woodford Reserve - American Bourbon - 43.2%

Style: Bourbon

The mashbill for Woodford Reserve features a high percentage of rye: 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt.

The whiskey is also unusual for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon!

Gin

Ramsbury Raspberry Gin & Wildflower Honey - Wiltshire - 38%

Style: Flavoured Gin

With natural raspberry juice and luxurious wildflower honey, all sourced from Ramsbury’s Estate, your taste buds will come alive.

Just like our single estate gin and vodka, our limited edition range are distilled with our own wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate.

Rum

Tidal Rum - Jersey - 40%

Style: Infused Golden Rum

Crafted from a blend of rums distilled in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, each aged in ex-bourbon white oak casks for between two and three years. This marvellous blend is then enhanced with an infusion of oak-smoked Pepper Dulse seaweed foraged from the tides of Jersey.

The deep, earthy truffle taste of this sea botanical balances the rum beautifully, creating a complex and refined drink with layers of subtle, smoky coastal flavours.  

La Hechicera Fine Rum - Colombia - 40%

Style: Dark Aged Rum

LA HECHICERA is rum as it should be; a perfectly aged rum that is as crisp as it is smooth. A heady scent of toffee and orange peel on the nose followed by a bold burst of flavour on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.  

Tequila / Mezcal

Vivir Café - UK / Mexico - 30%

Style: Coffee Liqueur

A rich and aromatic liqueur from Vivir, Cafe VS is made with 100% blue weber agave Tequila and Mexican coffee beans from the area surrounding the distillery. The palate is rich and earthy, with delicate herbal notes and a touch of sweetness. 

Dangerous Don Café Mezcal - UK / Mexico - 40%

Style: Mezcal

A deliciously flavoured mezcal from Dangerous Don, a female-led indy, made using 100% Espadin agave which has been distilled twice and then steeped in Naom Quie coffee beans before being distilled once more. An intriguing combination of smoky mezcal notes and rich coffee. 

Mineral-rich smoke, dark chocolate, earthy agave, roasted coffee grounds, and espresso bean. Not for the faint-hearted!

Non-Alcoholic

Lucky Saint Unfiltered Lager - 0.5%

Lucky Saint uses just four natural ingredients - Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Hops, Spring Water and Classic Lager Yeast.

Brewed for six weeks and unfiltered before the alcohol is gently removed from the beer using vacuum distillation – a process that reduces the evaporation point of alcohol, thereby allowing the removal of the alcohol without affecting the delicate flavours.

NOLIA - Hazy IPA - 0.5%

This premium alcohol free IPA is saturated in super fresh hops – hand-selected from individual farms in the Yakima Valley, US and in Nelson, NZ. Hazy, juicy and hangover-free with flavours of apricot, mango and lime mojitos.

Guinness Zero - 0.0%

Yep, Guinness Zero.
