Lost & Grounded - Bristol - Helles Lager - 4.4%

Their Helles lager uses the same pilsner malt blend as Lost and Grounded’s flagship beer, Keller Pils, this time gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang. Soft, Bready, Floral.

Unfiltered and vegan friendly.

Hackney Church - Hackney - ‘Renaissance’ Pale Ale - 4.5%

Perfectly sessionable pale ale with laid back bitterness and plenty of American hops for a punchy fruit flavour. Expect tangerine, tropical fruit and a refreshing grapefruit finish.

Jiddler’s Tipple - Wood Green - West-Coast IPA - 3.8%

The medley of four hops gives piney and resinous aromas, with hints of tropical and citrus fruit. There is malty complexity with flavours of bread and hints of caramel and toffee on the palette. It’s full bodied yet refreshing, with a residual sweetness and a moreish bitterness. (Gluten Free)

Jiddler’s Tipple - Wood Green - ‘Nimbus’ Hazy IPA - 5.2%

A medley of New Zealand and American hops, combining Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Idaho 7 to immerse you in a swirling haze of tropical, citrus and stone fruits. Seriously quaffable! (Gluten Free)

Luke’s Cider - Walthamstow - Luke’s Gospel - 5%

Sparkling, medium session cider. Smooth to taste with a gentle fizz, creamy tannin and a touch of juicy apple peel brightness.

Healey’s Cyder Farm - Cornwall - ‘Rattler’ Cloudy Cyder - 5.5%

Named after the feisty Cornish Rattler apple and blended with Healey’s know-how, Cornish Cloudy Rattler Cyder is a crisp, fresh medium-sweet cider with a sting in its tail!

By The Horns - Surrey - ‘Sláinte’ Irish Red Ale - 4.7%

Brewed with touches of heavily roasted malts, giving a rich caramel and toasty flavour with some great UK hops offering light fruity touches. Smooth and Creamy.

Lost and Grounded - Bristol - ‘Starsky’ Oatmeal Stout - 4.8%

Using a base of Pils, Cara, Special B, Chocolate and Roast malts before combining with a dose of oats to deliver a smooth body and complex palate. Delicately roasty with flavours of digestive biscuit and dark fruits, supported by a duo of UK hops – Challenger and Bramling Cross, for a balanced finish.

‘Sin Copa Tinto’ - 2022 - Toledo, Spain - 12.5%

Style: Red

Winery: Bodega Recuero

Grape: Tempranillo / Grenache

Both varieties come from ancient, pre-phylloxera vines (all are century old) that have been cultivated organically throughout their lifetime. Both are in-fact very rare and endemic strains of the known Grenache (“Pinuelo”) and Tempranillo (“Tinta Fina”) specifically to the Alcardete locality in Toledo, Spain. Located at plots at an average of 800 meters above sea level and surrounded by oaks and scrubland growth, thyme and gorse - influenced by the Gigüela River as it flows through Villanueva de Alcardete, Toledo. The plot was harvested manually at dawn and the grapes were collected in 18 kilo boxes during the second week of September.

Vinification: Destemmed and macerated for 2 weeks in concrete tanks, in this case underground and of 3,500 litres that date back to 1954, the date of restructuring of our traditional winery. It was aged on lees for 4 months and then in second-use French oak for at least 3 more months. Unfined, unfiltered, small addition of Sulphites at bottling. Organic Certified.

‘What’s Next’ - 2023 - Burgenland, Austria - 12%

Style: Rosé

Winery: Biodyn Haider

Grape: Zweigelt / Blaufrankish

An equal blend of these two grape varieties, giving a fresh and bright rosé that’s light and full of flavour with a lovely refreshing finish. Bring on Summer!

‘Tropicalia’ - 2020 - Toledo, Spain - 13.5%

Style: Orange

Winery: Bodega Recuero

Grape: Airen Del Pais / Cojón de Gato / Ojo de liebre / Verdejo Serrana

A blend of 4 near-extinct white varieties carefully blended by Jesus (the reclusive-visionary owner of Bodega Recuero) and macerated on the skins for 4 weeks in a mixture of cement and stainless steel tanks, with 85% destemmed and the rest as whole-bunch. A special edition of a mere 2,200 bottles.

Sparkling

‘Sampagnino Bianco’ - 2021 - Emilia-Romagna, Italy - 12%

Style: Sparkling White

Winery: Bulli

Grape: Marsanne (Uva Sampagnina), Moscato Giallo, Ortrugo, Bianchetta and Santa Maria, Sauvignon, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica and local rare varieties

A lively, fresh and bold bubbly with notes of peach yoghurt and a touch of vanilla pod. Its a traditional Frizzanté (AKA PetNat) made in the Col-fondo method from all of the estate’s white varieties including some very rare, near extinct ones. The work in the vineyard is organic and the wine is carefully made in very low intervention.

‘Jung and Sexy’ - 2023 - Burgenland, Austria - 11.4%

Style: Sparkling Red Pet-Nat

Winery: Biodyn Haider

Grape:  Blauburger / Roesler

A real red Pet-Nat wine with aromas of ripe strawberry, sour cranberries with a hint of vanilla pod. Fruity, friendly and has slight perceived sweetness (although it’s dry). A truly unique Bobby-Dazzler!

Old Bakery Gin - Bowes Park - London - 41.2%

Style: London Dry

Light and refreshing with a pleasing juniper hit, Old Bakery Gin earned its unusual name after founder Ian Puddick discovered his office was once a bakery – famous for selling homemade (and at the time, illegal) gin. Seriously small batch - with only 30 bottles per distillation, allowing continuous control of quality. Inspired by a secret 100-year-old illicit recipe…

Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka - Wiltshire - 43%

Style: English Vodka

The finest wheat, grown on our quintessential estate here in the ancient Wiltshire landscape. That’s at the heart of the unique flavour profile of our single estate vodka. Every bottle’s heritage is traceable back to its single field of origin. It’s crafted vodka with an English accent.

Barti Spiced Rum - Pembrokeshire, Wales - 35%

Style: Spiced Rum

It took a year to perfect the balance between vibrant vanilla, clove, cinnamon and sweet citrus. Then came the infusion of wild hand-picked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast, introducing umami undertones which soften and enhance the taste. All of the elements are married together within the finest, most expertly made Caribbean rum - to create an undeniably smooth yet perfectly punchy drink suitable for sipping or mixing.

Vivir Tequila- UK / Mexico - 40%

Style: Reposado

UK-based VIVIR produce a range of multi-award-winning tequilas at a fifth generation family owned distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.

No longer will Tequila be seen as a drink that must be washed down with salt and lemon. VIVIR is smooth in texture and complex in nature - perfect for sipping, having in cocktails or adding to your favourite mixer.

Monkey Shoulder - Blended Malt Scotch - 43%

Style: Blended

Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and blended in small batches for up to 6 months, then married to achieve a smoother, richer taste before bottling. Notes of smooth vanilla, rich spices and fruity marmalade. A real crowd-pleaser.

Whisky

Nc’Nean Organic - Western Highlands - Single Malt Scotch - 46%

Style: Single Malt

Disruptive, modern, female-led whisky distillery. Organic Scottish barley, gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop the signature body and sweetness. 

Every bottle is certified organic, made in the verified net-zero distillery and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle.

Lagavulin 16-Year-Old - Islay - Single Malt Scotch - 43%

Style: Single Malt

Lagavulin's flagship expression, this is from one of Scotland's 'essential' distilleries, on a cramped, chaotic and wildly romantic Islay. Demand heavily exceeds supply, as it is highly regarded as being one of the best whiskies in the world. The intense character comes from their own richly peaty water supply; the heavily peated barley; the unusually long fermentation - up to 75 hours; and the slowest distillation of any Islay malt.

A classic Lagavulin with elements of smoke, peat and spice.

Nikka from the Barrel - Blended Japanese - 51.4%

Style: Blended Malt and Grain

The complex formula is created by blending more than 100 different batches of malt and grain whiskies. After blending, the whisky is filled into used barrels and matured for another few months. This "marriage" process harmonizes all components in the formula, resulting in a mellow taste.

Cotswolds Founder’s Choice - English Whisky - 59.1% (cask strength)

Style: Single Malt

Aged exclusively in our founder Dan's favourite casks: STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. These highly active casks were created by our mentor and renowned whisky consultant, the late Dr. Jim Swan, and give a rich and intense maturation to our fruity new make spirit, offering strong notes of toffee, chocolate and red fruits, as well as a beautiful, deep colour.

Wild Turkey 81 - American Bourbon - 40.5%

Style: Bourbon

A lower strength bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% abv) and created by the associate distiller Eddie Russell, the son of master distiller Jimmy Russell. This has a high rye content in the mash bill and is aged in casks with a heavy char - the result of which is huge flavour and complexity without the same heat as the 101 proof.

Gin

Mermaid Pink Gin - Isle of Wight - 38%

Style: Flavoured Gin

Aromatic and refreshing, Mermaid Pink Gin infuses the flavour of fresh Island strawberries with the smooth yet complex taste of our award-winning Mermaid Gin, a blend of lemon zest, grains of paradise and fragrant rock samphire. Perfectly balanced, subtle yet vibrant, less sweet than most pink gins with no added sugar. 

Ramsbury Raspberry Gin & Wildflower Honey - Wiltshire - 38%

Style: Flavoured Gin

With natural raspberry juice and luxurious wildflower honey, all sourced from Ramsbury’s Estate, your taste buds will come alive, whether you choose to enjoy it in a classic gin and tonic or one of Ramsbury’s recommended cocktail concoctions.

Just like our single estate gin and vodka, our limited edition range are distilled with our own wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate.

Rum

Tidal Rum - Jersey - 40%

Style: Infused Golden Rum

Crafted from a blend of rums distilled in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, each aged in ex-bourbon white oak casks for between two and three years. This marvellous blend is then enhanced with an infusion of oak-smoked Pepper Dulse seaweed foraged from the tides of Jersey.

The deep, earthy truffle taste of this sea botanical balances the rum beautifully, creating a complex and refined drink with layers of subtle, smoky coastal flavours.  

La Hechicera Fine Rum - Colombia - 40%

Style: Dark Aged Rum

LA HECHICERA is rum as it should be; a perfectly aged rum that is as crisp as it is smooth. A heady scent of toffee and orange peel on the nose followed by a bold burst of flavour on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.  

Tequila / Mezcal

Vivir Café - UK / Mexico - 30%

Style: Coffee Liqueur

A rich and aromatic liqueur from Vivir, Cafe VS is made with 100% blue weber agave Tequila and Mexican coffee beans from the area surrounding the distillery. The palate is rich and earthy, with delicate herbal notes and a touch of sweetness. 

Dangerous Don Café Mezcal - UK / Mexico - 40%

Style: Mezcal

A deliciously flavoured mezcal from Dangerous Don, a female-led indy, made using 100% Espadin agave which has been distilled twice and then steeped in Naom Quie coffee beans before being distilled once more. An intriguing combination of smoky mezcal notes and rich coffee. 

Mineral-rich smoke, dark chocolate, earthy agave, roasted coffee grounds, and espresso bean. Not for the faint-hearted!

Non-Alcoholic

Everleaf Non-Alcoholic Aperitif - Marine

Another fab alcohol-free aperitif from Everleaf, featuring some rather coastal qualities. This expression was made with the likes of sea buckthorn, dulse seaweed, juniper, elderflower, orange blossom, and more.

Makes a legit non-alcoholic G&T!

Everleaf Non-Alcoholic Aperitif - Mountain

Everleaf Mountain offers up aromatic and fruity notes, having been made with the likes of cherry blossom, rosehip and strawberry. What it wasn't made with is alcohol! It's another fantastic non-alcoholic aperitif that you can enjoy if you're taking a break from booze but not from deliciousness.

Pairs with lemonade, to give a fresh spritz!

Everleaf Non-Alcoholic Aperitif - Forest

Everleaf Forest is made with the likes of saffron, vanilla, citrus blossom, gentian, and more, that offers up tasty flavours of the forest.

We found this one goes rather well with ginger ale!

Lucky Saint Unfiltered Lager - 0.5%

Lucky Saint uses just four natural ingredients - Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Hops, Spring Water and Classic Lager Yeast.

Brewed for six weeks and unfiltered before the alcohol is gently removed from the beer using vacuum distillation – a process that reduces the evaporation point of alcohol, thereby allowing the removal of the alcohol without affecting the delicate flavours.

Lucky Saint Hazy IPA - 0.5%

Heritage brewing meets new world hops. Juicy and hazy with notes of tropical and stone fruits, pale malts and New World hops combine to create the perfectly balanced IPA without the alcohol.

(Did you know…. a very ripe banana can contain the same amout of alcohol, naturally, as Lucky Saint’s beers..!?)
