Green Duck - Stourbridge - ‘Remedy’ Session IPA - 4%

The remedy to all your ills! Remedy is designed to be that beer you can grab anytime day or night. A balanced session IPA with an aroma of tropical fruit, flavours of tangerine & papaya with a crisp, clean finish. A truly sessionable pint.

Lost and Grounded - Bristol - ‘Hop-Hand Fallacy’ Witbier - 4.4%

Lost and Grounded Brewers’ version of a traditional Belgian-style wheat beer: A soft and pillowy mouthfeel, low bitterness, subtle glowing haze then citrus notes from the dried bitter orange peel and freshly ground coriander added to the kettle.

Unfiltered and vegan friendly.

Jiddler’s Tipple - Wood Green - ‘Lylt’ Hazy IPA - 5.5%

Lylt is a deliciously hefty hazy IPA with a solid back bone of fruity flavour from the Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops. It’s bursting with bright citrus and juicy pineapple, a throwback to the iconic soft drink that made waves with its tropical twist. Soft, smooth, and packed with a lush hop blend, it’s pure paradise in liquid form - cheers!

Jiddler's Tipple make inclusive, delicious and eco-friendly beer. Their beers are vegan, gluten free,  made with 40% solar power and carbon negative.

Only With Love - Lewes - ‘Fluster’ NZ NEIPA - 6%

Fluster is Only With Love’s softest, plumpest hazy NEIPA (New England IPA) yet…heavily dry hopped with NZ hops: Peacharine, Motueka and Riwaka. It's a big, thick and fluffy mouthful of sweet peach fruit juice, with bags of melon and nectarines on the nose - all perfectly balanced with a hint of mango on the back end. Seriously quaffable and the punchy ABV is super-well-integrated. Time to get FLUSTER’d.

BEAK // Holy Mountain Collab - Lewes//Seattle - ‘Presso’ Nitro Stout - 5.5%

Brewed with legendary Seattle brewery, Holy mountain, Beak’s first ever nitro stout is the embodiment of everything they love about this classic style: creamy, velvety-smooth mouthfeel, insane drinkability and just the right amount of roasted character, derived from a complex grain bill and additions of cacao nibs and locally-roasted Honduran coffee from their neighbours at Phwrmacie.

Black-Lines - Tottenham - Paloma cocktail - 9%

Margarita’s better looking sister. Blush pink, with a rich pop of colour and delicate nose from the grapefruit, the Paloma is lightly carbonated for a crisp finish.

‘Sin Copa Tinto’ - 2022 - Toledo, Spain - 12.5%

Style: Red

Winery: Bodega Recuero

Grape: 100% Tinta Fina

A delightful young red wine designed for enjoyment, made from 100% Tinta Fina sourced from the estate’s ancient vines in Extremadura near the border with Portugal. This variety is more commonly known as Baga which produces juicy fruity wines. The grapes were handpicked at their peak maturity, de-stemmed and macerated on skins for two weeks in cement tanks. On the nose It reveals dark fruit and a hint of compote. The palate echoes the fruitiness complemented by a silky texture and a touch of freshness. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and only has a minimal dose of sulphur added just before bottling just so it can travel. It is also certified organic.

‘Sin Copa Blanco’ - 2022 - Toledo, Spain - 12.5%

Style: White

Winery: Bodega Recuero

Grape: Airen / Malvar / Pardillo / Verdoncho.

A fun white wine made for enjoyment, as the name implies – “without a glass” or even better…straight from the bottle!

Made from Bodega Recuero’s 4 white varieties - Airen / Malvar / Pardillo / Verdoncho - in their home vineyards in Toledo.

Concentrated flavours of white pear, preserved lemons and a touch of honey on the finish, great freshness. The grapes were handpicked at optimal maturity, destemmed and directly pressed into cement tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, tiny dosage of sulphur just before bottling. Organic certified.

‘Sin Copa’ Rosé - 2023 - Toldeo, Spain - 12%

Style: Rosé

Winery: Bodega Recuero

Grape: Pinuelo / Ojo Llebre

A rosé wine made as a “claret” with a blend of white and red varieties - Pinuelo (red) and Ojo LIebre (white). The grapes come from old vines plotted in the Alcardete locality in Toledo. The white and red grapes were vinified separately, both being directly pressed (red with only a few hours on the skins) and then blended. Made to be a young juicy wine 12% abv. Organic vineyard over 40 years old.

‘Tropicalia’ - 2023 - Toledo, Spain - 12%

Style: Orange

Winery: Bodega Recuero

Grape: Cojon de Gato / Airen

A blend of near-extinct white varieties carefully blended by Jesus (the reclusive-visionary owner of Bodega Recuero) and macerated on the skins for 4 weeks in a mixture of cement and stainless steel tanks, with 85% destemmed and the rest as whole-bunch. A special edition of a mere 2,200 bottles.

Sparkling

‘Sampagnino Bianco’ - 2021 - Emilia-Romagna, Italy - 12%

Style: Sparkling White

Winery: Bulli

Grape: Marsanne (Uva Sampagnina), Moscato Giallo, Ortrugo, Bianchetta and Santa Maria, Sauvignon, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica and local rare varieties

A lively, fresh and bold bubbly with notes of peach yoghurt and a touch of vanilla pod. Its a traditional Frizzanté (AKA PetNat) made in the Col-fondo method from all of the estate’s white varieties including some very rare, near extinct ones. The work in the vineyard is organic and the wine is carefully made in very low intervention.

‘Jung and Sexy’ - 2023 - Burgenland, Austria - 11.4%

Style: Sparkling Red Pet-Nat

Winery: Biodyn Haider

Grape:  Blauburger / Roesler

A real red Pet-Nat wine with aromas of ripe strawberry, sour cranberries with a hint of vanilla pod. Fruity, friendly and has slight perceived sweetness (although it’s dry). A truly unique Bobby-Dazzler!

Old Bakery Gin - Bowes Park - London - 41.2%

Style: London Dry

Light and refreshing with a pleasing juniper hit, Old Bakery Gin earned its unusual name after founder Ian Puddick discovered his office was once a bakery – famous for selling homemade (and at the time, illegal) gin. Seriously small batch - with only 30 bottles per distillation, allowing continuous control of quality. Inspired by a secret 100-year-old illicit recipe…

Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka - Wiltshire - 43%

Style: English Vodka

The finest wheat, grown on our quintessential estate here in the ancient Wiltshire landscape. That’s at the heart of the unique flavour profile of our single estate vodka. Every bottle’s heritage is traceable back to its single field of origin. It’s crafted vodka with an English accent.

Barti Spiced Rum - Pembrokeshire, Wales - 35%

Style: Spiced Rum

It took a year to perfect the balance between vibrant vanilla, clove, cinnamon and sweet citrus. Then came the infusion of wild hand-picked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast, introducing umami undertones which soften and enhance the taste. All of the elements are married together within the finest, most expertly made Caribbean rum - to create an undeniably smooth yet perfectly punchy drink suitable for sipping or mixing.

Vivir Tequila- UK / Mexico - 40%

Style: Reposado

UK-based VIVIR produce a range of multi-award-winning tequilas at a fifth generation family owned distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.

No longer will Tequila be seen as a drink that must be washed down with salt and lemon. VIVIR is smooth in texture and complex in nature - perfect for sipping, having in cocktails or adding to your favourite mixer.

Monkey Shoulder - Blended Malt Scotch - 43%

Style: Blended

Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and blended in small batches for up to 6 months, then married to achieve a smoother, richer taste before bottling. Notes of smooth vanilla, rich spices and fruity marmalade. A real crowd-pleaser.

Whisky

Nc’Nean Organic - Western Highlands - Single Malt Scotch - 46%

Style: Single Malt

Disruptive, modern, female-led whisky distillery. Organic Scottish barley, gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop the signature body and sweetness. 

Every bottle is certified organic, made in the verified net-zero distillery and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle.

Lagavulin 16-Year-Old - Islay - Single Malt Scotch - 43%

Style: Single Malt

Lagavulin's flagship expression, this is from one of Scotland's 'essential' distilleries, on a cramped, chaotic and wildly romantic Islay. Demand heavily exceeds supply, as it is highly regarded as being one of the best whiskies in the world. The intense character comes from their own richly peaty water supply; the heavily peated barley; the unusually long fermentation - up to 75 hours; and the slowest distillation of any Islay malt.

A classic Lagavulin with elements of smoke, peat and spice.

Nikka from the Barrel - Blended Japanese - 51.4%

Style: Blended Malt and Grain

The complex formula is created by blending more than 100 different batches of malt and grain whiskies. After blending, the whisky is filled into used barrels and matured for another few months. This "marriage" process harmonizes all components in the formula, resulting in a mellow taste.

Cotswolds Founder’s Choice - English Whisky - 59.1% (cask strength)

Style: Single Malt

Aged exclusively in our founder Dan's favourite casks: STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. These highly active casks were created by our mentor and renowned whisky consultant, the late Dr. Jim Swan, and give a rich and intense maturation to our fruity new make spirit, offering strong notes of toffee, chocolate and red fruits, as well as a beautiful, deep colour.

Woodford Reserve - American Bourbon - 43.2%

Style: Bourbon

The mashbill for Woodford Reserve features a high percentage of rye: 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt.

The whiskey is also unusual for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon!

Green Spot - Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey - 42%

Style: Irish Whiskey

A non age statement Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey comprising of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 & 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new bourbon and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.

Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak. Followed by lingering flavours of spices and barley.

Gin

Ramsbury Raspberry Gin & Wildflower Honey - Wiltshire - 38%

Style: Flavoured Gin

With natural raspberry juice and luxurious wildflower honey, all sourced from Ramsbury’s Estate, your taste buds will come alive.

Just like our single estate gin and vodka, our limited edition range are distilled with our own wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate.

Rum

Tidal Rum - Jersey - 40%

Style: Infused Golden Rum

Crafted from a blend of rums distilled in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, each aged in ex-bourbon white oak casks for between two and three years. This marvellous blend is then enhanced with an infusion of oak-smoked Pepper Dulse seaweed foraged from the tides of Jersey.

The deep, earthy truffle taste of this sea botanical balances the rum beautifully, creating a complex and refined drink with layers of subtle, smoky coastal flavours.  

La Hechicera Fine Rum - Colombia - 40%

Style: Dark Aged Rum

LA HECHICERA is rum as it should be; a perfectly aged rum that is as crisp as it is smooth. A heady scent of toffee and orange peel on the nose followed by a bold burst of flavour on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.  

Tequila / Mezcal

Vivir Café - UK / Mexico - 30%

Style: Coffee Liqueur

A rich and aromatic liqueur from Vivir, Cafe VS is made with 100% blue weber agave Tequila and Mexican coffee beans from the area surrounding the distillery. The palate is rich and earthy, with delicate herbal notes and a touch of sweetness. 

Dangerous Don Café Mezcal - UK / Mexico - 40%

Style: Mezcal

A deliciously flavoured mezcal from Dangerous Don, a female-led indy, made using 100% Espadin agave which has been distilled twice and then steeped in Naom Quie coffee beans before being distilled once more. An intriguing combination of smoky mezcal notes and rich coffee. 

Mineral-rich smoke, dark chocolate, earthy agave, roasted coffee grounds, and espresso bean. Not for the faint-hearted!

Non-Alcoholic

Lucky Saint Unfiltered Lager - 0.5%

Lucky Saint uses just four natural ingredients - Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Hops, Spring Water and Classic Lager Yeast.

Brewed for six weeks and unfiltered before the alcohol is gently removed from the beer using vacuum distillation – a process that reduces the evaporation point of alcohol, thereby allowing the removal of the alcohol without affecting the delicate flavours.

Lucky Saint Hazy IPA - 0.5%

Heritage brewing meets new world hops. Juicy and hazy with notes of tropical and stone fruits, pale malts and New World hops combine to create the perfectly balanced IPA without the alcohol.

(Did you know…. a very ripe banana can contain the same amout of alcohol, naturally, as Lucky Saint’s beers..!?)
